How far are the ski or bike lifts?

The main Super Morzine gondola is less than 5 mins walk away.

How far are the shops and bars?

The shops and bars are 4 to 5 walk away.

What is the check in time?

Rooms are available from 4 pm. In the meantime, you can safely store your luggage in our luggage storage. Changeover day is a busy time but depending on the progress of our team, your room may be ready earlier. If this is the case, we will be happy to give you your keys.

What is the check out time?

Rooms must be vacated by 10 am After check-out, you can always store your luggage in a luggage storage room. A shower room (in the spa) is also available but is a public space.

What catering is included?

With our standard pricing we include breakfast each day, afternoon tea of freshly baked cakes or biscuits and breads at around 4pm and a 3 course evening meal for 6 nights a week, which is a la carte, meaning you have 2-3 options. For one evening a week (normally Wednesday) kitchens are closed. We cater for all dietary requests if you can give us advance warning.

What are breakfast times

Breakfast, which is included in all our rates, is served in the restaurant from 7:30 am to 09.30 am. An extensive continental buffet (every day) with cooked options (3 days a week) that will set you up perfectly for a day on the mountain. For continental, you can expect cereals, boiled eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, porridge and pancakes (some days), preserves, French pastries, (croissants, pain au chocolat), French bread, sliced bread, fruit, yoghurt, fruit juices and tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Our cooked options will include things like bacon rolls or eggs, bacon sausages and beans.

What are the dinner service times?

Our restaurant is open for dinner from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm. It is preferable to book your table on this site or directly at the reception.

What are the bar opening times?

The bar is open from 4 pm to 11 pm, and a happy hour with guest-special prices from 6pm. Times may vary slightly, locally.

What are the spa opening times?

The pool and wellness area is open from 4 pm to 7.30pm, except on changeover day.

Are the rooms cleaned each day?

Rooms are deep cleaned on changeover day and lightly cleaned (mainly en-suites) on weekdays, except staff day off, which is one day a week and normally a Wednesday. We change towels, once a week (midweek) for weekly guests.

Are bathrobes provided?

We don't provide bathrobes , but you can rent a bathrobe for the week from reception when you arrive

Where can I park?

Our hotel has many parking spaces, which are rarely full. We do not take reservations.

Can I recharge my EV?

Our hotel does not have an EV charger at this time.
